// SKIPTON FINACIAL SERVICES | dvd ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PROJECT OVERVIEW: to create a training dvd for the advisors in order to keep them up to date with legislative changes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BRIEF: to produce an informative training dvd that will keep the audience engaged. to deliver content in an effective way to ensure advisors retain key information. to create a generic package that can be easily updated with future changes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REJUVENATE SOLUTION: skipton had been delivering information via a trainer in a classroom scenario using powerpoint to illustrate key points, so rejuvenate decided to recreate certain aspects of this type of delivery in the package, combining role plays, text based animated graphics, voiceover, and short video sections where presenters completed examples on whiteboards. With six routes through the dvd, advisors can choose which section they would like to complete, with each module delivering key information followed by a short example for the advisors to complete themselves. an intensive two day shoot on site and a two week edit enabled this product to be created. changes to content can be made as and when needed so the dvd always has the latest information. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RESULT: as a cost saving exercise this project was a winner. skipton no longer need to plan expensive training courses around the country, as they can distribute the dvd to advisors instead. the training team were delighted with the finished product. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LINK: www.skipton.co.uk
