If you are unfamiliar with preparing project briefs, we can help you here. regardless of the delivery format (internet/video/dvd/cd-rom), rejuvenate follow a set procedure for completing our successful products. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- analysis - firstly we need to understand what you are trying to achieve! if you provide a brief, we challenge the elements in order to arrive at the best method of communication for your project. we then identify your potential audience and assess the best way to reach that audience, whilst also delivering a lasting impression upon it too. rejuvenate can then propose a solution that will meet your needs and, more importantly, your business objectives. this can take a variety of formats, video / web / dvd / cd-rom. as a result of this stage, rejuvenate are happy to give you an estimate for the project for both cost and delivery deadline. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- creative development -rejuvenate have an excellent creative team. look at our portfolio for proof! this is the stage where several members of the team collaborate and find the creative answer. we endeavour to apply original concepts to our projects, for either, reinforcing existing branding, or, creating a strong brand to take your business to the next stage. the objectives of your project are never out of mind, and after an exhaustive session of thrashing out the best possible concept design, we propose to you how we are going to present your communication tool. this can take the form of a storyboard and script outline for video or a design frame for web/dvd/cdrom. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- project managment - once the design concept is agreed, rejuvenate assign a project manager who will be the point of contact for the remainder of the production. effective management of projects ensure that client costs are kept to a minimum and the production is completed without any problems. rejuvenate do not like to pass excessive costs to clients that could have been avoided by logical thinking and careful planning, and we certainly do not like working ineffectively. our project managers have three things in mind – fit for purpose, cost and a smooth delivery process – all on time! the coordination of the project will be advised to the client in the form of a production schedule for video/dvd/cd-rom, or a site map for web, and accompanying either would be a schedule of delivery dates for each stage of the production. delivering the knowledge keeps everyone happy! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- pre production - this is where rejuvenate concentrate on content. the production schedule or site map provided at the previous stage will highlight what content is needed and whose responsibility it is to provide it. the logistics of the delivery of each part is coordinated to suit the diaries of everyone involved for both client and the rejuvenate team. examples of content would be – literature for web or final script approval for video. whether content is delivered to rejuvenate or developed on site, the project content is compiled in its entirety and delivered to client for final approval. this is an important stage as from now on the filming/web building and post-production will be based on this document, any mistakes could prove costly if discovered later. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- production - rejuvenate build it! we record the material for inclusion in a video/dvd/cd-rom, or build the web site from start to finish. rejuvenate are happy to include their clients in this stage and have them in the studio during the creation, or, rejuvenate can work on their own and wow them in the post production stage when the work is presented. rejuvenate do recommend that a member from the client’s organisation joins them on set, in the editing suite or in the graphics studio, as this helps us meet our quality control standards by ensuring every aspect meets the clients requirements. however, we do understand that business can have enough demands already, so we are confident that we can produce the right communication without imposing too much on the clients time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- evaluation - rejuvenate take a close interest in the evaluation of completed work. during the analysis stage, one of the questions that we do ask is ‘how is the effectiveness of the project going to be assessed?’ rejuvenate can then, where possible, conduct in-house research into the effectiveness of the media created, and then finally, issue a customer service questionnaire for valuable client feedback. we aim to build relationships with our clients, so it is vitally important that we get things just the way they want it. if you are a potential client, we want to work for you, then we want to do more work for you, and then we want you to tell people about us too!
