The information published on the MACPAD website is provided as a service to users, to be used for informational purposes only.
While we have tried to provide accurate and timely information, there may be technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors, for which we apologise and we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions on our website to the extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice.
The MACPAD web site is an internet service published by MACPAD Limited using the site the user automatically accepts our Terms and Conditions. We may change and republish the Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is up to the user to regularly review these Terms and Conditions and note any changes. Continued use of the site after a change has been made indicates the user’s acceptance of those changes.
Any material found within the MACPAD web site, including text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted without the express permission of MACPAD Limited, whereupon, if approved, the appropriate licence may be granted.

Before you place an order please read below, as it forms an important part of our terms and conditions. It also contains important information about your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling, are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, where applicable, and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT and do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown. However, very occasionally, an error may occur. In this unlikely eventuality, we will attempt to contact you at the e-mail address you gave us when you placed your order. If we cannot contact you, or if we receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
Product Availability
All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected for Online shopping. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

All items are subject to availability.
Accepting your order
The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you and us will occur when the order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order- in accordance with our instructions.

We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order, once it has passed through our security checks.
We may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:
We may have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The product you ordered may be out of stock.
We may have identified a pricing or product description error.
There may have been a failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by calling ++44 (0)1274 737219 or returning your acknowledgement e-mail to us stating your intention to cancel your order.
As MACPAD Limited always makes a great effort to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched in time. In this instance please return the order when received.
Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by e-mail your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full including p&p.

1.2 Delivery Details
Delivery Charges

All prices shown on the web site are inclusive of mainland UK postage costs. A charge of £4.99 will be made to cover postage and packing on single unit orders sent to anywhere in the UK. Prices for multiple units are available by request.
At MACPAD Limited we aim to process and deliver items in stock within 28 working days of order date to virtually anywhere in the UK and Channel Islands: to your home, place of work or any other address you wish to specify.

1.3 MACPAD Warranty
MACPAD Limited warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, provided the products supplied have not been subject to accident, alteration, negligence, abuse, or misuse. As the sole remedy under this warranty, MACPAD Limited will, at its option, repair or replace non-conforming goods.
To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, MACPAD Limited’s liability and that of its vendors of new goods shall not exceed the value of the goods sold. Neither MACPAD Limited nor its vendors shall be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory. To the extent allowed by local law, MACPAD Limited and its vendors disclaim any other warranty of any kind, whether express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
1.4 Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, You may return them within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and we refund the full purchase price.
